Terms and Conditions – No Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. General Policy
By confirming and making payment for a tour package with Cebu Quick Serve Travel and Tours Car Rental Services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein. Please read these terms carefully before finalizing your booking.
2. Booking Confirmation
- A booking is considered confirmed only after full or partial payment has been received and a confirmation email or receipt has been issued by Cebu Quick Serve Travel and Tours Car Rental Services.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to review all booking details upon confirmation and notify the company immediately of any discrepancies.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations or refund requests made within seven (7) days from the date of booking may be eligible for a refund, subject to applicable administrative or service charges.
- After seven (7) days from the date of booking, no cancellations, amendments, or refunds will be permitted under any circumstances.
- This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations due to changes in personal circumstances, missed flights, or other travel disruptions not caused by Cebu Quick Serve Travel and Tours Car Rental Services.
4. No-Show Policy
- Failure to show up at the designated departure time or location will be treated as a no-show, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
5. Tour Modifications by the Company
- Cebu Quick Serve Travel and Tours Car Rental Services reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any tour in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, safety concerns, or government regulations.
- In such cases, customers may be offered an alternative date or tour option at the company’s discretion.
6. Force Majeure
- Cebu Quick Serve Travel and Tours Car Rental Services shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or delay due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions.
- Refunds or rescheduling in such cases will be handled based on company policy and applicable law.
7. Acknowledgment
By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions, including the No Refund and No Cancellation Policy after 7 days of booking.
